Refund Schedule
Before payment
Withdraw draft
Drafts can be deleted from your dashboard at any time before payment.
After payment, before desk review
Withdraw submission
Submit a withdrawal request within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.
After desk review, before peer review
Withdraw or desk rejection
Full refund if we reject at desk review stage or you withdraw before reviewers are assigned.
During peer review
Author withdrawal
Partial refund to cover editorial and reviewer coordination costs already incurred.
After peer review, rejected
Editorial rejection
Automatically processed within 7 business days of the rejection decision.
After acceptance
Author withdrawal
Production work (typesetting, DOI registration, copyediting) has begun.
Post-publication
Retraction request
Retractions are processed per our ethics policy. APC is not refunded.
How to Request a Refund

Email authors@publinexa.com from the email address registered to your account.

Include your manuscript ID (found in your dashboard), the title of the manuscript, and the reason for withdrawal.

We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and confirm the applicable refund amount based on the current stage of your manuscript.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at authors@publinexa.com before initiating a chargeback. We resolve billing disputes within 5 business days. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in account suspension while the matter is investigated.
