Scholar Journal publishes original research, systematic reviews, and meta-analyses across computer science, medicine, physics, environmental science, economics, psychology, and interdisciplinary fields.

Manuscripts must not be under review elsewhere and must not have been previously published in substantially similar form. Posting to preprint servers (arXiv, bioRxiv, SSRN) is permitted and encouraged.

All research involving human or animal subjects must include a statement of ethics committee approval in the Methods section.

Submit manuscripts as a single PDF or DOCX file. Figures and tables may be embedded or supplied as separate files.

Use 12pt Times New Roman or similar serif font, double-spaced, with 2.5 cm margins on all sides.

Length limits: Research articles — 8,000 words maximum (excluding references); Review articles — 12,000 words; Short communications — 3,000 words.

Include a structured abstract of 250 words or fewer with sections: Background, Methods, Results, Conclusions.

Provide 4–8 keywords immediately below the abstract.

Title page (separate file): full title, all author names and affiliations, corresponding author email, ORCID iDs, acknowledgements, and funding statement.

Main text: Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusions.

References: Cite using numbered superscripts [1] in order of first appearance. Use APA 7th edition format.

Figures must be submitted at ≥300 dpi in TIFF, PNG, or EPS format. Each figure must have a standalone caption.

All statistical tests must state the test used, sample size, test statistic, degrees of freedom, and exact p-value.

Authors are strongly encouraged to make underlying datasets and analysis code publicly available via Zenodo, GitHub, or a discipline-specific repository.

Include a Data Availability Statement immediately before the References section.

If data cannot be shared for legal or ethical reasons, state so explicitly and provide the reason.

All authors must meet ICMJE criteria: (1) substantial contribution to conception or design, or data acquisition, analysis, or interpretation; (2) drafting or critically revising the work; (3) final approval; (4) agreement to be accountable for all aspects of the work.

Include a CRediT author contribution statement listing each author's role: Conceptualization, Methodology, Software, Validation, Formal Analysis, Investigation, Data Curation, Writing, Visualization, Supervision, Funding Acquisition.

Changes to authorship after submission require written agreement from all authors and editorial approval.

All authors must disclose any financial or personal relationships that could influence the work. This includes employment, consultancies, stock ownership, honoraria, grants, and expert testimony.

If no conflicts exist, include the statement: 'The authors declare no conflicts of interest.'

Funding sources must be identified. Funders should not have had any role in study design, data collection, or the decision to publish.

Create an author account, complete the New Manuscript form, upload your manuscript and any supplementary files, and pay the article-processing charge to initiate review.

Initial desk review (2–3 business days): editors assess scope fit, format compliance, and obvious methodological issues. Manuscripts failing this stage are returned without review.

Peer review (14–21 days): at least two independent expert reviewers assess the manuscript double-blind. Authors and reviewers are anonymous to each other.

Decisions: Accept, Minor Revision, Major Revision, or Reject. Revision deadlines are 21 days (minor) and 60 days (major). Authors may request one extension.

All articles published by Publinexa are open access and freely available online, immediately upon publication. Authors are charged with an APC to cover publishing costs including maintenance of the infrastructure, peer review, copyediting, typesetting, production, hosting, abstracting and indexing services. The APC, only payable when the article got accepted editorially and before publication.
