How do I check my manuscript status?
Log in to your author dashboard. The current status and any editor messages are shown on your journal detail page in real time.
I made a payment but my journal still shows 'Payment Pending'.
Payment confirmation usually takes under 30 seconds. If it has been more than 10 minutes, email tech@publinexa.com with your order ID.
How do I withdraw my manuscript?
Email editorial@publinexa.com with your manuscript ID. Withdrawals before peer review initiation receive a full APC refund.
Can I suggest reviewers for my submission?
Yes — add up to three suggested reviewers (with email addresses) in the submission form. We cannot guarantee they will be invited, and excluding specific reviewers on reasonable grounds is also allowed.
I haven't heard back after submitting. What should I do?
Check your spam folder first. If you have not received an acknowledgement email within 24 hours of submission, email authors@publinexa.com with your submission date and title.
