Fee Waivers
We offer full or partial waivers to authors who meet any of the following criteria. Apply during submission — no documentation is required upfront.
- Authors from low- or middle-income countries (World Bank classification)
- Graduate students without institutional funding
- Research with no external grant support
- Invited review articles commissioned by our editorial board

Frequently Asked Questions
When is the fee due?
The article-processing charge is due after your manuscript passes initial editorial screening but before it enters formal peer review. You will receive a payment link in your dashboard.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, net banking, and UPI via Razorpay. International payments via Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are supported.
Is the fee refundable if my paper is rejected?
Yes — if your manuscript is rejected after peer review, 70% of the APC is refunded. If rejected at the desk-review stage (before peer review), a full refund is issued.
Does paying guarantee acceptance?
No. Payment only initiates the review process. Acceptance is determined solely on scientific merit by independent reviewers and our editorial board.

Yes. See the waiver section below. We do not want cost to be a barrier to publication for any researcher.
