Peer Review Process
At PubliNexa Journals, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of scholarly publishing through a rigorous, fair, and transparent peer review process. Every manuscript submitted to our journals undergoes a thorough evaluation by qualified experts to ensure the publication of high-quality, original, and scientifically sound research.
Our Review Process
Manuscript Submission
Authors submit their manuscripts through our online submission system. Upon submission, an acknowledgment email is sent confirming receipt of the manuscript.
Initial Editorial Screening
The Editorial Office conducts a preliminary assessment to verify:
- Compliance with journal scope and aims
- Adherence to author guidelines
- Originality and plagiarism screening
- Ethical compliance
- Completeness of the submission
Manuscripts that do not meet these requirements may be returned to the authors for revision or declined before peer review.
Assignment to the Editor
Eligible manuscripts are assigned to an Editor or Associate Editor with expertise in the relevant subject area. The editor evaluates the manuscript's scientific relevance and selects suitable independent reviewers.
Peer Review
The manuscript is sent to at least two independent subject experts for evaluation under a Single-Blind Peer Review process, where reviewers know the authors' identities, but authors do not know the reviewers' identities.
Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on:
- Originality and novelty
- Scientific quality and technical accuracy
- Research methodology
- Data analysis and interpretation
- Ethical standards
- Clarity and organization
- Significance of findings
- Quality of references
Editorial Decision
Based on the reviewers' recommendations, the editor makes one of the following decisions:
- Accept
- Minor Revision
- Major Revision
- Reject
The editor may also seek additional reviews if necessary.
Author Revision
If revisions are requested, authors should submit a revised manuscript along with a detailed response addressing each reviewer comment. Revised manuscripts may be returned to the original reviewers for further evaluation.
Final Acceptance
Once the manuscript satisfies all scientific and editorial requirements, the editor issues a final acceptance decision.
Copyediting and Production
Accepted manuscripts undergo:
- Professional copyediting
- Language and grammar review
- Formatting and typesetting
- Proof generation
Authors receive page proofs for final approval before publication.
Online Publication
After final approval, the article is published online with its assigned citation details and becomes permanently accessible through the journal website.
